Take a look at these numbers and trends from the Real Estate
Trends Report...
From 2000-2005 number of agents
rose 65% and transactions rose
only 38%. The 2006 number of sales
dropped 8% while the number of
agents still rose 8% increasing
the dilemma.
"Statistically, the average
NAR member sold fewer transaction
sides in 2005 than in 2000 and
in 2006 with the decline in transactions
the number was even lower." We
would have to conclude the next
few years are going to get progressively
worse for the average agent.
"NAR membership has rocketed
to almost 1.4 million members:
almost double the number of the
preceding two decades."
"Just
to get to an acceptable level
of agents - a comparable level
as in 2000 - NAR membership should
drop almost 400,000"

I know it's a crazy market right
now.
As of right now (it's Saturday about
6:41 pm. as I write this) there are:
32,811 homes for sale on NWMLS
Most are bank owned, foreclosure
or short sales.
Inventory is
going the wrong way and until it
is corrected most agents are done.
And, oh, by the way ... only 2079 sales! That means we have over 15 month of inventory on the market! In other words, if no one listed another home from here forward, it would take over 15 months to sell all of the homes on the market!!

Developing
a strong personal mindset is key

two you will need to work 7 days
a week 10-12 hours a day. Just

am not talking about having you
work 24/7 only to burn out a few

agents who require new agents to
work 1/2 days .... sure I know
what you're thinking ... cool half

You need daily opportunities to
train and learn. That is why my system

trainings a day if you want. How
